IMG_0309.JPG

We at Baycreek Outdoors provide a fully guided or semi-guided hunt with lodging. We do not provide deer stands for hunters use. We have some food plots on some ground. If an emergency arises due to sickness, health, or anything we would consider to be an emergency, we will refund your money or use it the following year as your deposit. This will be decided on a per instance basis between outfitter and hunter.
Nobody will be allowed on the hunting ground before or after hunting hours without the consent of or without the outfitter or guide.
Bows are to be in a case or locked when transporting them to and from the stands. If you shoot a deer and see it die from the stand on the property you are hunting you can walk to it, otherwise you must contact the outfitter immediately to go and find the deer. We will assist in bringing the deer in. Hunters will not return to the hunting property after hunting hours unless accompanied by one of the outfitters or guides. While hunting no vehicles are allowed off the roadways. No 4-wheelers allowed at any time except by outfitter. No alcohol allowed on hunting property. Permits and contracts must be signed before hunt begins. Minimum buck of 140" Ten Point or 135" Eight Point.  Final decision of any penalty deer will be made by the outfitter. If the deer does not meet these requirments then there is a $1000 Fine. No Exceptions. Property boundaries must be observed at all times, no trespassing will be allowed.Any hunter who cannot abide by these rules will be asked to leave without their deer and money will not be refunded.
